Urban FLOW 60

The Urban FLOW 60 is a one-hour hot vinyasa yoga experience accessible to all levels. Trust this practice to link your movements closely with your breath: you will move at a steady pace, with intention, as you are directed to breathe, contain, and express each of the poses. While open to beginners, the FLOW practice suggests that you have a basic understanding of the following movements: downward and upward-facing dog, high plank and low plank.

Elevate your FLOW with our thoughtfully layered sequencing and transitions, which encourage you to practice to your edge while still listening closely to your body. Come to class well hydrated and drink water or take a rest throughout your experience. We ask that you honor silence at all times while in the practice room, and arrive 15 minutes ahead of your class time.
